This Privacy Policy explains how Apoka Works LLC, doing business as Wrapt (“Wrapt,”
“we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and discloses information about you when you visit
www.gowrapt.com and any related pages or subdomains (the “Site”), request a quote,
book a call, or otherwise communicate with us.
By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree,
please do not use the Site.
Who We Are
Wrapt provides commercial vehicle and fleet wrap design and installation services. The

We collect the following categories of information:
a. Information you provide directly
When you submit a quote request, contact form, or booking request, or otherwise
communicate with us, we may collect:
Name and business name
Email address and phone number
Vehicle or fleet details (e.g., number of vehicles, vehicle types, location)
The content of any messages, notes, or files you send us
Scheduling information when you book a call
b. Information collected automatically
When you use the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain
information through cookies and similar technologies, including:
Device and browser type, operating system, and language
IP address and general (city/region-level) location derived from it
Pages viewed, links clicked, referring/exit pages, and time spent
Date and time of access and other diagnostic/log data
c. Information from third parties
We may receive information about you from advertising and analytics partners (for example,
when you arrive via an online ad) and from our booking and CRM provider when you
schedule or interact with us.
We do not intentionally collect Social Security numbers, government IDs, financial account
numbers, precise geolocation, or other sensitive personal information through the Site.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
Respond to quote requests, booking requests, and inquiries
Schedule and conduct consultations and calls
Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Site
Measure and analyze Site traffic, usage, and performance
Deliver, measure, and optimize our advertising and marketing
Communicate with you about our services
Detect, prevent, and address security issues, fraud, or technical problems

We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to operate
the Site, understand how it is used, and support advertising. The Site uses:
Google Tag Manager — a tag-management container we use to deploy and manage the
analytics and advertising tools below. See the Google Privacy Policy.
Google Analytics — to measure and analyze Site traffic and usage. Learn more at the
Google Privacy Policy. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser
Add-on.
Google Ads — to deliver and measure advertising and remarketing. You can manage ad
personalization at Google Ads Settings.
Meta (Facebook) Pixel — to deliver and measure advertising on Meta platforms. You
can manage your preferences in your Facebook Ad Preferences.
HubSpot — to power our contact forms and meeting/booking scheduler and to manage

You can usually set your browser to refuse or delete cookies, but some Site features may
not function properly as a result. For interest-based advertising opt-outs across many

How We Disclose Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We may disclose information as follows:
Service providers / processors. We share information with vendors who perform
services on our behalf — including our website host (Framer), analytics provider
(Google), CRM and scheduling provider (HubSpot), and advertising partners (Google,
Meta) — solely to provide those services.
Advertising partners. When you visit the Site, our advertising and analytics
cookies/pixels may allow third parties such as Google and Meta to receive certain
identifiers and activity data to deliver and measure ads. Under California law, this may
be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising. See Section 7 to opt
out.
Legal and protective. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or
legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Wrapt, our customers, or
others.
Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of
assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes
described in this Policy, including responding to your inquiry, providing services, and
complying with our legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. When information is no
longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you may have the following rights regarding your personal
information, subject to legal limits:
Right to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have
collected, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of third parties with whom we
disclose it.
Right to delete personal information we have collected from you.
Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
Right to opt out of “sharing” of your personal information for cross-context behavioral
advertising.
Right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights.
Categories of personal information collected (last 12 months)
Identifiers (name, email, phone, IP address); commercial information (services inquired
about); internet/network activity (browsing and interaction data); and inferences drawn from
the above. We collect these for the purposes described in Section 3.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
We do not sell your personal information for monetary value. However, our use of
advertising cookies and pixels (Google Ads, Meta Pixel) may constitute “sharing” for cross-
context behavioral advertising under California law. To opt out, you may:
Use the cookie/advertising opt-out tools listed in Section 4; and/or
Email us at privacy@gowrapt.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share My
Personal Information.”
How to exercise your rights
Submit a request by emailing privacy@gowrapt.com or calling (405) 708-7000. We will
verify your request using information reasonably necessary to confirm your identity, and we
will respond within the timeframes required by law. You may use an authorized agent to
submit a request on your behalf, subject to verification.
Text Messages (SMS)
If you provide your phone number and opt in, we may contact you by call and text (SMS)
about your inquiry, quote, scheduling, and related communications. Consent to receive texts
is not a condition of purchasing any services. Message and data rates may apply, and
message frequency varies. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP to any
message; reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We handle phone numbers and message content in accordance with this Policy and do not
share them with third parties for their own marketing.Other U.S. State Privacy Rights
Residents of certain other U.S. states may have rights similar to those described above,
including the right to access, correct, delete, or opt out of targeted advertising. To exercise
any such rights, contact us using the information in Section 1, and we will respond as
required by applicable law.Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect
the information we collect. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely
secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.Children’s Privacy
The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not
knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has
provided us personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to
delete it.Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal. There is no common industry standard
for responding to DNT signals, and the Site does not currently respond to them. You can
manage tracking using the tools described in Sections 4 and 7.Third-Party Links
The Site may link to third-party websites or services we do not control. This Policy does not
apply to those sites, and we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. We
encourage you to review their privacy policies.Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated”
date above. Material changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the Site
